Student Conduct
The student agrees to:
• Maintain professional behavior.
• Follow all sanitation and infection control procedures.
• Treat instructors, classmates, clients, and staff respectfully.
• Wear the required student uniform and maintain professional grooming.
• Refrain from disruptive behavior.
•Follow all classroom, clinic, and safety rules.
Electronic Device Policy
The student understands that:
• Cell phones must remain silent during instruction.
• Recording of any classroom or clinic activity is prohibited without written permission.
• Meta Smart Glasses, recording devices, and wearable cameras are prohibited.
• Unauthorized photographs or videos may result in disciplinary action.
Graduation Requirements: To graduate, students must successfully:
☑ Complete all required instructional hours.
☑ Meet all practical competency requirements.
☑ Achieve the school's minimum academic standards.
☑ Satisfy all financial obligations to the school.
Licensing Disclosure: The Wax Technician Program is designed to satisfy the educational requirements established by the Virginia Board for Barbers and Cosmetology for eligibility to apply for licensure. Successful completion of this program does not guarantee licensure or employment. Licensure is granted by the Commonwealth of Virginia after the applicant satisfies all applicable state requirements. The Master Brazilian Wax Class is a continuing education course intended to enhance professional skills and does not confer a state license
Cancellation and Withdrawal - student understands:
• Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
• Refunds, when applicable, will be issued according to the school's published refund policy and applicable Virginia law.
• Withdrawal from the program does not automatically relieve the student of financial obligations already incurred.
