With more than 20 years of experience in the medical field, Candace Kelley has built her career around education, service, and empowering others to reach their full potential. Her background includes teaching and training aspiring Medical Assistants and Phlebotomy students, giving her a strong foundation in both healthcare education and hands-on instruction.
Candace has spent the past five years as a licensed Wax Technician and instructor, combining her passion for beauty with her love of teaching. Through her experience in both healthcare and esthetics, she understands the importance of professionalism, sanitation, safety, client care, and hands-on skill development.
As the Founder & Director of VA School of Waxology, Candace's mission is to provide students with quality education, practical training, and the confidence they need to pursue a career in the waxing industry. She is passionate about creating opportunities, uplifting women, and helping individuals recognize their own potential.
Her personal journey has shaped her belief that your past does not have to determine your future. Candace is committed to being an example of “beauty from ashes”—turning life experiences into purpose and using that purpose to encourage, educate, and empower others.
Through VA School of Waxology, her vision is bigger than teaching a skill. It is about building confidence, creating opportunities, changing lives, and helping women become the best versions of themselves.
